For Concord Investors, I created a clean, investor-focused website designed to serve as a high-end digital business card for the real estate investment firm. The site features a scrolling homepage with anchored navigation sections covering investment criteria, property portfolio, and company background. The streamlined design emphasizes professionalism, clarity, and speed while remaining easy for the internal team to maintain.

For October Lending, I developed a full brand identity and website from the ground up. The project included logo design, brand direction, and a custom WordPress website presenting the company’s real estate lending services. The final site features a clean, modern design with sections for loan products, transaction history, and team information, establishing a strong digital foundation for the new lending business.

This project involved designing a new website for Five Borough Capital to establish a strong digital presence in the Natural Resources and Hospitality finance sectors. Built with Elementor, the site delivers sharp visuals (including stock video), informative industry pages, and an in-depth USDA loan section—all aligned with credibility and expert positioning. Mobile optimization, speed enhancements, and a smooth browsing experience complete this modern, focused build.

Spire’s website underwent a transformation from a limited and outdated system to a modern, visually compelling WordPress site. Built with Elementor Pro, the new site highlights their mission of helping organizations navigate growth, culture, and leadership with clarity. The design focuses on clarity, trust, and professionalism, and includes bold messaging, clean visuals, and a structured approach to their key offerings and blog content.

Website remake of an old, outdated design implemented across 2 different languages, English and Chinese. The content has been cleaned up and visual design has been simplified with the prominent blue displayed across the entire website. Blogs and all previous press releases trasnferred over and maintained.
